OutboundHost provides email infrastructure services, including but not limited to domain management, DNS configuration, email sending, and deliverability monitoring.

3. Use of Service

You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service for spam, malicious content, or illegal activities

4. Service Modifications

OutboundHost reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • OUTBOUNDHOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUTBOUNDHOST'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERABILITY, EMAIL REPUTATION, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OutboundHost from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect, use, and process data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
